Yard House at LA Live

We had 2 hours to kill before the Katy Perry show at the Nokia Theater so we decided to spend that time getting drunk right across the venue. We figured it would be convenient since the nokia was literally walking distance so even if we did drink too much it wouldn't be a problem getting there. That's how we roll

fresh tomato sauce, fontina, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan

Jennifer and Sarah killed that drink

finely chopped chicken, asparagus, spinach, shiitake mushrooms, smoked tofu, parmesan and edamame

grilled new york steak with roasted pasilla peppers, pico de gallo and guacamole

iceberg and boston lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, sweet corn, jack, cheddar, croutons and buttermilk ranch

chicken breast, applewood smoked bacon, wild mushrooms, cheddar and parmesan with campanelle pasta and white truffle oil

seared rare, lightly blackened served with soy vinaigrette, wasabi and pickled ginger

more beer

belgian sampler. went from super tasty to straight out nasty

The food was amazing.....i seriously had to stop to take it all in and appreciate every bite. The beer menu was ridiculous (in a good way) because of the massive choices. It was beer heaven for Sarah and I. We ended up trying the belgian sampler which started out great until it got stronger. This is my new L.A. spot
