Noodle Shack (West End, Roatan)

The manager of the hotel where we stayed at raved about this place so of course we had to find it. It was pretty far....the walk there took about 15 minutes. That may not sound like a long time but walking for more than 5 minutes in the scorching heat is killer. We ate here after spending about 6 hours at the beach. It was a great way to end a relaxing day

Dimas said it was the best meal of his life. He loved the food so much he was flagging people down who were walking by the beach to come and eat with us. Ridiculousness. It was a bit on the pricey side but well worth the money. Oddly enough the place was owned and operated by an American couple
