I've had some great luck with food lately.
Tevaundra and I (along with Sarah) had been planning on coming here for months now, but life always got in the way.
Sarah missed out.....T, Lo and I had a great time.
This place is definitely going to be my go to spot in Venice
They only take reservations if you have a party of 6
We rolled in at 2pm and waited 20 minutes to be seated...not too bad
Brunch is served until 3pm
we killed that bottle
roasted bartlet pear, burrata, grilled chicories, crisp bacon & bacon vinaigrette
toasts that came with the cheeses
little gems, persimmon, pomegranate, maytag blue dressing & crispy garlic
tuscan kale, bread crumbs, shaved radish, fennel & ricotta salata
spinach, cherry tomato, crushed olive, pinenut & feta
salad trio
plate of artisanal cheeses with honeycomb & membrillo
caramelized fennel, confit tomato, green onion & spicy fennel salami
smoked mozzarella, confit tomato, jalapeno, arugula, lemon & bottarga
we each got a cappuccino
flourless chocolate cake with creme fraiche & hazelnut
warm apple & cornmeal crisp with cinnamon gelato (this was TO.DIE.FOR)
Every single dish was bombtastic
Thumbs up all around
