Roblar Winery

My bff and I spent my birthday in San Francisco because my friend from the Philippines just happened to be in town.
We went to Napa Valley to go wine tasting, we hit up the Mondovi winery based on reviews
Linda is not a big fan of wine, I am. This works out well for me because she takes one sip and passes the rest to me.
When we got back home we decided to go wine tasting again, this time we went to the Roblar Winery in Santa Ynez (down the street from Solvang)
The great thing about Roblar is that they also double as a cooking school so you know the food will be good....or at least you hope it will be (it is)
We're going back before I leave for New York

Glowpoint Christmas Party

My work Christmas Party was held at Golden China
Obviously, a chinese restaurant. The great thing about this place is that they have a karaoke side
We were allowed 2 alcoholic beverages, but my co-workers' wives all gave me theirs so about 2 hours into dinner i was pretty wasted

party people

double fisting margaritas.....shots shots shots shots

that woman in red is my boss....thats right thats how she rolls

The Grove

I go to the Grove for the food, not to go shopping
There are 2 places we always go to because its good every single time.
The first is Pampas Grill. They have the best Brazilian BBQ
The second is the French Crepe Company which is incidentally Filipino owned. Even all their employees are Filipinos. We always get hooked up

Brazilian food galore. Their garlic beef/chicken are to die for

theres Kuya making my crepes

i kept it simple this time....just strawberry drizzled with sugah

Cronies in Camarillo

My favorite month is December
That is because there are always a ton of holidays parties and birthdays
One birthday i always look forward to celebrating is Tieman's
(her name is Sarah but i call her by her last name because i know too many Sarahs)
For her 30th birthday we took her to Cronies (a bar type place)

taquitos....one of the best things in the world

Left: hot wings Right:fried mozzarella

my meal: steak sammich with onion rings

can't come to Cronies and not have beer. mine is on the right: Stella Artois (my fave)

Hodori in Koreatown

All my friends have raved about Hodori
They apparently have the best Korean food in K-town
I took my cousin there for Thanksgiving dinner
(He doesn't celebrate it and I wanted to get away for the day)
We were there for a good 3 hours eating endless meat

the dinner crew: Alena, my cousin Marc and me. (Elann was the picture taker)
